Welcome to Ceramics Made By Marika.  I make ceramic pieces by slip casting or throwing on the wheel.

My work is about simplicity. I strive to make ceramic pieces which are beautiful to look at and touch but are practical too for everyday use.   Each piece is High-fired which sometimes gives unexpected and surprising results. This means that although pieces look similar, each piece is one of a kind.

There is beauty in the imperfections that are evident in the handmade.
